From your first install to advanced tuning — every step you need in one place.

Quick start

Download and installGrab the official installer for your platform from the download center.
Create an accountSign up with an email address and log in once activated.
Choose a nodeStart with Smart Routing; QuickQ picks the lowest-latency node for you.
ConnectHit connect — a green status means acceleration is active.

Enable game mode and pick a nearby dedicated route to minimise latency.

🛍️

Bind a fixed clean IP to each store account to avoid association risk.

🎬

Use the streaming-optimised node of the target region for smooth 4K.

🧩

Route only selected apps through QuickQ and keep local access untouched.

Connection fails

Switch to another node first; if it persists, change the protocol or contact support.

Speed is lower than expected

Pick a geographically closer node and close other bandwidth-heavy apps.
